It is not a requirement to own property in St James to purchase this dry stack. Full-service Marina amenities include water, electric, gas, diesel, pump-out station, showers, restrooms and laundry faciities. Fully stocked Ships Store, 24-hour ice, Beacon 315 restaurant and tiki bar.
