The walk up ''Sound Quarters'' features 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, den and kitchen combination includes small refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, and coffee maker. Down below you will enjoy grilling and relaxing on the deck while taking in the gorgeous views of the sound! Rate of $200 per night from 03/01/25 through 05/21/25 with a minimum of 4 nights. Beginning Memorial weekend June, July, August, and September rate of $400 per night. After Labor Day rates will be $200 per night. Other options include a weekly rate of $1000 and a monthly rate of $3000. Enjoy mooring your boat (2 permanent moorings in place) or swimming and playing in the water on Sandy Bottom! A private boating trip to the Cape is offered any day during your stay for a fee with advance notice and weather permitting.
