We began our search for a new home in NC in August 2019. We were retiring and relocating from Cambridge, MA to NC. Coincidentally our search brought us to Suzanne Polino, who was also from MA.
Our process to sell our business, our building and buy in NC took longer than expected due to Covid-19. We had our moments when we were unsure if this would happen. Suzanne stuck with us through it all. She made us aware of a "Covid-19 extension" for NC realtors.
Because of this we ultimately were able to close on our beautiful new home.
